Elvira Lupis longtime resident of Yonkers, NY for 68 years, passed away on October 19, 2014. Elvira was born on September 22, 1923 in El Paso, Texas. She came to Yonkers as a young bride of Nicholas A. Lupis.
She is survived by her five children:
Daughters: Lucille Holmes of Yonkers, NY, Susanne Guardino& husband Peter of Dacula, GA, Donna Gentile & husband Renzo of Sugar Hill, GA,
Sons: Joseph A. Lupis & wife Lora of Mahopac, NY, Nicholas Lupis of Yonkers, NY.
She is survived by six grandchildren: Robert Holmes, Heather Hardy, Deanna Farber, Melissa Lynch, Danielle & Sabrina Gentile and seven great grandchildren.
