On November 16, 2014 at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, N.Y. God called home Jacqueline F. Roberson affectionately known as “Jackie”. She was born on August 19, 1971 at St. John’s Hospital in Yonkers, N.Y. to Lorene Roberson and the late James F. Roberson. Jackie received her education in the Catholic School System in Yonkers, N.Y. and furthered her college education at Utica College, Utica, N.Y. where she Majored in Psychology and she also became apart of the greatest sorority in March, 1993. Upon returning home Jackie gained employment as a Child Care Worker at Children’s Village in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y. until she took ill. She was well known for her humorous character and was loved by all who knew her. Jackie will be deeply and truly missed and forever be in our hearts. She loved spending time and spoiling her niece and two nephews. Jackie enjoyed life to the fullest. She stayed on the road with her side kick, her cousin Sabrina they were attached at the hip. They went everywhere and did everything together. She leaves to cherish her loving memories: her loving and devoted mother: Lorene Roberson, two sisters: Dale Roberson-Baker and Gwen Roberson-Brunson, two brother-in-laws: Thomas Baker and John Brunson, one niece: Nia Wright, two nephews: Malcolm and Marquis Brunson and a host of family and friends. Pre-deceased by: father: James F. Roberson, Maternal grandparents: Junior & Juanita Walker and Paternal grandparents: Fred & Ella Mae Roberson.
