Charlotte M. Roeder of Armonk, NY died on May 22, 2017 at Calvary Hospital. Born in the Bronx, NY on July 23, 1925, she was 91. She was employed by IBM for 20 years and prior to that, Byram Hills CSD and NY Telephone Company. She was a lifelong lover of the Adirondack mountains. She is survived by her daughter, Caren Roeder and son Richard Roeder and their respective spouses. Her husband Harry and oldest daughter Cathy Roeder-Lawler predeceased her. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Andrew Lawler, Jennifer Kirby, Sarah and Charlotte Roeder and their respective spouses. Four great-grandchildren, Andrew Lawler, Jr., Morgan Lawler, Thomas Kirby and Cara-Grace Kirby. Visiting hours will be held at Oelker-Cox and Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 Main St., Mt. Kisco, NY on Thursday May 25th from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Interment will be at Middle Patent Rural Cemetery, 4 Bedford Rd., Bedford, NY at 10:00 am on May 26th, 2017. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) or the ASPCA (aspca.org).
