Theresa Rose Schoepf, age 80, of Armonk died Wednesday, May 31, 2017. Theresa was born June 22, 1936 in Monticello, NY the daughter of the late John and Rose (Baer) Menhart. Wife of the late Erich Schoepf. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie Schoepf of Armonk, NY and her son, John Erich Schoepf of Hopewell Junction; her sister, Gertrude Rehbock; her grandchildren Ian Matthew Schoepf and Erin Lee Schoepf; her niece, Lorraine Halsted and nephew, Andre Robert Rehbock. Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday from 4PM to 8PM at Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 E. Main Street, Mount Kisco, NY. Committal will be private.
