Obituary of Daniel Joseph Bartoline

Please share a memory of Daniel to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Daniel Joseph Bartoline August 20, 1962-January 8, 2018 Danny was born in Brooklyn to Grace Bartoline, (nee) Cunningham, and George Bartoline on August 20, 1962. He passed away peacefully, in his sleep on January 8, 2018, much to the heartbreak of his family and friends. Danny was funny, outspoken, charming, and at times a bit prickly. He was always the most handsome man, something he never forgot to remind us. He had a presence that lit up any room he walked into, so long as that's what he chose. He had a heart as big as his ego, that was filled with the love for his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife Mary. He was a loving, proud, and devoted father to his three children, Nicole, Dapper, and George. Grandfather of his predeceased granddaughter, Gianna Marie. Danny was a lifelong fan of the NY Yankees, and the NY Jets. He always enjoyed watching them play, although the Jets brought him nothing but disappointment and anguish! A few of the things he took the most pride in were his punctuality, his loyalty, and his work ethic. He worked for A.P.O.W. of Yonkers where he made many friends who affectionately gave him many nicknames. He will be missed tremendously by everyone who knew him and loved him. Dan, Dan, the Adventure-Man; Dan-O; Big Dan; Danny boy; Pops; Daddy, My Hero. Rest peacefully, until the day we meet again.
