Patsy was a proud lifelong Yonkers, New York resident. He was the youngest son born to Dominick and Rose Orza Loia. His brothers included the late Vito and Dominick Jr. and Steve Loia.

Patsy served in the United States army as a medic during the Vietnam war.

He married in October 1969 to Theresa Massello together they had two children Gina and Michael. Patsy was a grandfather to Mattea and his furry granddaughter Pepper.

Patsy worked hard all his life to provide for his family.

He was employed by Ciba Geigy, teamsters local 456 and for the city of Yonkers Public Works Department the job he enjoyed most was working at his family business the Shamrock bar on Willow Street.

Patsy never made an enemy. He maintains lifelong friendships and will deeply be missed by his family and friends.
