Mildred Vasta, 97, of Mount Kisco, a cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 3, 2024. She was born and raised in Port Chester, NY and also lived in Mount Kisco, NY for over 60 years and was a faithful member of Saint Francis of Assisi parish there. She was employed for many years by Caldor, Inc. as a department manager.

She was predeceased by her husband Benjamin and grandson Steven. She is survived by her two sons, Benjamin and John (Jean) and daughter Ann Marie Tassello (Ron), six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mildred enjoyed playing bingo and watching her favorite game shows. Above all, Mildred loved spending time and laughing with her family and friends.

A viewing will be held on Monday, December 9th, from 2 to 8 pm at Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home. A mass will be held at St. Francis church at 10 am on Tuesday, December 10th followed by a burial at St. Francis cemetery.
