Francesco Antonio Miele peacefully departed this earth on February 5, 2025. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Luigia Miele, and is survived by his three sons Lino (Jennifer), Roberto (Brenda), and Nicola (AnnMarie,) and his 10 grandchildren, Francesco, Angelina, Nikko, Giana, AJ, Francesca, Giavanna, Robbie, Daniella and Max.

Francesco was a loving brother to his 7 siblings Pasquale, Francesca, Guisppina, Gerardo, Elio, Daniele, and Maria.

Francesco was born on December 18, 1934, in Andretta, Italy to Nicola and Rosa (Disalvo) Miele. At the age of 18, he moved to Venezuela to learn his trade. In 1967 Francesco moved to the United States where he met and married his loving wife Luigia of 50 years. They moved to their permanent residence in the city of Yonkers where Francesco worked as a master carpenter and raised their sons.

When not working, Francesco was found working in his yard or sitting on his swing. Francesco took much pride in his family and being a Nonno by the sides of his grandchildren throughout each milestone they celebrated in life.

Francesco will be greatly missed by his family, especially at Sunday dinners enjoying pasta with homemade sauce made each year by him and his family.

While his family grieves, they take comfort in knowing that he is now reunited with his wife (Nonna Gina) and has taken their endless love with him.
