Francesco “Frank” Costa

September 16, 1929 – October 9, 2025

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Francesco Costa on October 9, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Francesco was born in Cardinale, Italy on September 16, 1929 to Salvatore and Maria (nee Mantello) Costa.

Francesco worked for Otis Elevator Company for over 30 years.

He wed Anna Signoretta on August 14, 1955.  She predeceased him in 2003.

He was also predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.

Francesco is survived by his five children: Isabel (Nicholas) Boffoli, Frank (Rosina), Robert (Caryn), Steven (Jill) and Paul (Suzanne).  He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren; Stefanie and Suzanne Boffoli,  Frank and Victoria Costa, Christina (Ben Rosenthal)Costa, Mark (Maria) Costa, Daniel (Rania) Costa, Robert (Christie) Costa, Rachel (Sean) Wertheim, Angelina and Francesca Costa and 4 great-grandchildren, Greyson and Ashton Boffoli, Lilia and Theodore Rosenthal, and one on the way.  He will be deeply missed and cherished by them.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews throughout the USA, Italy and Canada.

Francesco was an accomplished man and had a blessed life.  He enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  His family is left with a loving legacy.
