Ronald Joseph Tamburello 66, of Yonkers, New York, passed away peacefully on November 12th, 2025, comforted by the unconditional love of his wife, Lorraine, and four children.
Born to Jerry and Josephine Tamburello, Ronald was raised in Lodi, New Jersey, and moved to Yonkers after he married his wife. He is the youngest of three children–baby brother to Marianne and Jerry.
Ron achieved a Bachelor's Degree from Montclair University before moving to Pace University for his Masters. He spent twenty-five years working for Verizon as a Senior Systems Analyst. After his retirement he took a job at the Board of Education analyzing and synthesizing data for the Special Education Department. He retired in August of 2023.
Ron is survived by his wife of forty three years, Lorraine; four children, Kristy-Ann, Joseph, Alyssa, and Lindsay; son-in-law, Sergio; and his granddaughter, Isabella.
Ron was a devoted husband and father. Through the years he volunteered his time at his children's school, St.Ann's, as card party worker, basketball coach, and even a class Santa. He was a hardworking, kind man who always made sure his family was loved and provided for.
Ron was also a devoted fan of the New York Mets, the Dallas Cowboys, and most of all, the UConn Huskies.
His family is forever grateful for the time that they had with him and know he will be with us always. »(Do not delete this line. It does not print. Text that is to appear on web must be entered before this line)
