On November 19th, 2025 at 7:43 PM a bright light was extinguished and the natural world gained its mightiest guardian angel, Justin Michael Teixeira. Justin was a lover of all creatures great and small and a voice for the voiceless. His kind soul left a lasting impression on anyone lucky enough to be in his presence. He was a man of few words, but when he did speak it meant you should listen. His love of anime, cosplay, and gaming was only overrun by his love of cooking. His greatest love was cooking for and feeding the people he loved and he poured his heart heart and soul into every meal.

He leaves behind his parents, Tara and Mike Mirra, his siblings, Jordan and Mikayla, and his beloved cats Butters and Gomez. He will be missed by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends to numerous to list by name, but no less loved.

Justin will be immeasurably missed. His loved ones take solace in knowing that he is watching over them until they can be together again.
