Yolanda Comizio originally of Yonkers, NY passed away April 18, 2013. Born to Luigi Torreggiani and Frances Lombardi on April 21, 1927. Yolanda was educated in Yonkers Public Schools and went on to marry Carmine T. Comizio"Rooster." Cherished and survived by her three sons, CarmineJr., Robert Sr., Thomas Sr.; Daughters in law; Betsy Comizio and Lynn Comizio; three grandsons, Robert Jr., Thomas Jr.,Carmine; six granddaughters, Jennifer Diaz, Lauren ComizioJenna Kalajian, Laura Comizio, Tahnee Comizio; two great grandchildren, Thomas DeMonda, Alina Diaz and predeceased great granddaughters Micaela and Cailin Guarino. She is also survived by her two siblings Richard Torreggiani and Evelyn Tocco and predeceased by siblings William Torreggiani, Raymond Torreggiani and Alfred Torreggiani. Yolanda lived a long life, although suffering for many years with a grave illness, she never gave up and fought to the bitter end no matter what she endured. She was a fighter and inspiration to her family. Yolanda will always be deeply loved and missed to her family and those that knew her.
