Please share a memory of Dominick to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Dominick (Domenico) Sinopoli immigrated to America in 1964 where he married his wife Natalina Barbieri, with whom he recently celebrated 50 years of marriage. He is survived by his three children Anthony, Maria and John with their respective spouses and fiancé - Anna, Antonino and Angela as well as his four grandchildren Amelia Gianna, Natalia, Andrew Michael, and newborn Leonardo Domenico. A man of many trades and talents, he primarily worked as a Maintenance Supervisor for the Department of Public Works in the Town of Greenburgh. In 1999, Dominick became the fortunate recipient of a heart transplant. He felt a very special and lasting bond with the donor, who he believed was a brave and unselfish individual and will forever be part of his soul and thought of every day for providing him with a second chance at life. His family will be forever grateful for this precious gift of time. Friends may call on Thursday from 2-4 7 & 7-9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Friday at 9:45 at St. Joseph's Church Bronxville, 15 Cedar Street, Bronxville. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
