Charles Edward Pound, 97, of Armonk, New York, passed away on November 20, 2016. A World War II Veteran, Commissioner of Parks and Recreation for Westchester and owner of Aquadredge, he is survived by 3 children, 8 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren. A memorial will be held on Monday, December 5 at 6 pm at Oelker & Cox Funeral Home, 262 main St., Mt. Kisco, NY. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his honor may be sent to the Norther Westchester Hospital Cancer Treatment and Wellness Center online at NWMConnect.org listing his name under Tribute Donations or by mail to the Foundation Office, Northern Westchester Hospital, 400 East Main Street, Mt Kisco NY 10549. Please include his name when making the donation.
