Obituary of Edward M. Carey

Edward Carey 71 years of age Loving husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away suddenly on August 23, 2011. Ed was married to his beloved wife Shirley for 46 years they have 3 daughters, Sally, Missy, and Glenda and has 8 grandchildren that he adored he was very fond of his son-in-law Joe and son-in-law Pat Ed was a very generous, giving man, with a heart of gold, and would do anything for his family. He alway's had a smile on his face and had a wonderful sense of humor. He was the owner of Henry Allen Garage Doors and when he retired his nephew took over the business. He enjoyed being retired, tending his garden, and spending time with his grandchildren, whom they called "Poppy" He was very proud of his oldest grandaughter, Brianna, whom is in her final year in college for Architecture. He was also very proud of his grandchildren Sara and Dylan starting their first year in college. Joey, Candace, Shannon, Luke and Edward all made him very proud to be their "Poppy". He will be missed immensely, by his wife, daughters, sisters, grandchildren and son-in-laws.
