John Wixon entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 18th , 2011 at the age of 51. For years he worked as an X-Ray technician for Ewen-Parker X-Ray Corporation. In 1990, he married Karen (Barbarita) Wixon, and for 19 years, they shared a life with two beloved children, Ashley and Nicholas. He was a dear son to Carol and Joseph Timan. John was pre-deceased by his cherished brother Eric Timan, and is survived by 6 siblings, Catherine (Vincent) Riina, William (Jacqueline) Wixon, James (Gail) Wixon, Irene, Tara, and Wayne Timan. John is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and Godchildren. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Avenue, on Tuesday, November 22, 5-9PM. Memorial mass will be held at, St. Ann's Church, 584 Midland Avenue, Ynkers, on Wednesday, November 23, at 10:30AM. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.
