Dorothy Profeta of Wappingers Falls and formerly of Yonkers NY died on December 12, 2011 at the age of 78. Beloved mother of Philip (Jennifer) Profeta, Mark (Miranda"Randy") Profeta. Cherished grandmother of Melissa (Jason) Steriti,Philip, Maria,Anthony,Adriana Profeta and loving great-grandmother of John Steriti. Devoted sister of Michael (Peggy) Bologa and Edward (Peggy) Bologa and the late William and Joseph Bologa. Friends may call at the Sinatra Funeral Home, 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. Funeral mass at the Sacred Heart Monastery Church, 110 Shonnard Place, Yonkers, on Friday at 11:00A.M. Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
