Peter Vincent DiPasquasio, 83, of Yonkers, NY, suddenly passed away on January 10, 2012. Peter was born on February 24, 1928 to the late Vincent and Lucia. Peter proudly served his country during WWII as a member of the US Navy. He was a member of Teamsters Local 456, and retired from Area Paving in Yonkers, NY. Peter was predeceased by his loving wife Ida Trotta, and brother Tom. He is survived by his two children; Gail (Dominick) Fiorille of Harrison, NY and Gary DiPasquasio of Athens, GA, his sisters-in-law; Julia Zottoli and Mary Liberatore, three nephews, and one niece. Peter was a member of the Rauso Post and the Elks Lodge in Scarsdale, NY. Friends and Family may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, in Yonkers, NY on Thursday, January 12, 2012 from 2-4 &7-9PM. There will be a mass of Christian Burial on Friday, January 13, 2012 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Yonkers at 10:00AM, followed by Interment at St. Mary Cemetery in Yonkers.
