Frank J. Paolicelli, a lifetime Yonkers resident died peacefully on February 20, 2012 surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 90. Frank was born on November 20, 1921 to Antoinette (Sorrano) and Giuseppe Paolicelli. Beloved husband of the late Dolores (Ferine) Paolicelli. Devoted father of Francine (Tony) Casareale and Maria (Danny) Roemer. Cherished grandfather of Francesca Casareale and Giada Roemer. Dear brother of Lucy (Gaspare) Alaimo, Rachael (Camillo) DeBenedetto, Nick (Helen), Willy (Lenora), Tony (Mary) and Norman (Rose) Paolicelli. In 1937 Frank was a Golden Gloves champion and a winner of the Diamond Belt. During World War II he served in the U. S. Army and saw action in the Pacific theatre. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave. on Wednesday from 7-9PM and Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Funeral mass at Mt. Carmel Church on Friday at 10:00AM.
