Andrew DeFilippo, age 83, of New Fairfield, CT formerly of Yonkers, Hastings-on-Hudson & Wingdale,NY died Monday, February 27, 2012. Mr. DeFelippo was born January 18, 1929 in Yonkers, NY. Husband of the late Estelle DeFilippo. Father of Andrea (Victor) Rubits. Grandfather of Nicholas (Sara), Michael, Victoria & Christopher Rubits. Son of the late Ciro & Angelina DeFilippo. Brother of Mildred Branca, Fred & Ciro DeFilippo & the late John, Patsy & Richard. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Wednesday from 5-9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Wednesday at 10:00 at Mt Carmel Church, 70 Park Hill Ave, Yonkers. Entombment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Connecticut.
