Gennaro Buono, age 89, of Yonkers died Sunday, May 20, 2012. Mr. Buono was born September 20, 1922 in Yonkers, NY the son of the late Carlo and Mary Buono. He was self employed as a barber. He is survived by his dear friends Philip and Gert Morrissey and his daughter Mary Giaimis. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Thursday from 4PM to 8PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Friday at 10:00 at Mt Carmel Church, 70 Park Hill Ave, Yonkers.
