Maria J. De Carvalho, age 85, of Yonkers died Saturday, July 21, 2012. Maria was born on September 24, 1926 in Viegas, Alcanede, Portugal, the daughter of the late Joaquim and Maria Rosa (De Jesus) Vitorino. She is survived by one son: Ramiro (Irene) De Carvalho of Larchmont, NY. Maria is also survived by two sisters: Glerice Dos Reis, Domitilia Constantino and by three grandchildren, Simon De Carvalho; Michael De Carvalho; Toni De Carvalho. A son, Tony died earlier. Friends may call on Monday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10:00 at St. Mary's Church, 103 S. Broadway, Yonkers. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
