Nicholas J. Giannantonio, age 81, of Yonkers died Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Mr. Giannantonio was born September 14, 1931 in Yonkers, NY the son of the late Joseph and Lucy (Orza) Giannantonio. He proudly served his country as a sergeant in the US Army from 1951 to 1953 during Korean Conflict. He is survived by his beloved wife Maria Carmela (Massa) Giannantonio, his devoted children Joseph (Karen) Giannantonio, Anthony Giannantonio and James (Barbara) Giannantonio. Cherished grandfather of five loving grandchildren. Also surviving are his dear sisters-in-laws Francis Massa, Angelina Massa and his brother-in-law Eduardo Massa. Friends may call on Thursday from 4PM to 8PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Friday at 10:00 at Mt Carmel Church, 70 Park Hill Ave, Yonkers.
