Jeanne Pelose, a long time resident of Yonkers NY passed away peacefully at age 94 on January 9, 2013. Jeanne was born on April 25, 1918 to Frank and Sophie (Pascucci) Rubio. She married John Pelose in July 1937 in Yonkers N.Y. John predeceased his wife in February 1978. Jeanne is survived by her brother Philip Rubio, Sister Mary Pietropaolo, Sister Dorothy LaVista. Predeceased by Angelina Slaight and Eleanore Lucrezia. Also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, as well as 20 great nieces and nephews. Jeanne worked in sales for many years. She was also a ward leader and very active in political polls. Her biggest job in life was being a sister, Aunt and friend to all. She will be missed dearly. Visitation hours will be held on Sunday, January 13 from 4-9 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, N.Y. Funeral mass will be held at St. Eugene Church, Yonkers, NY at 10 AM on Monday, January 14. Entombment will be held at Ferncliff Cemetery
