Perina "Pearl" Pergola, age 98, of Yonkers, Jasmin lakes, FL and Mamahawkin, NJ died Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Mrs. Pergola was born October 10, 1914 in Terracina, Italy the daughter of the late Dominick and Angela Marie (De Meo) Picani. She was employed by Local 36 ILGWU as a seamstress. Beloved wife of the late Dominick Pergola. Loving mother of Joseph (Maureen) Pergola, Angela (Joseph) Comizio and Rosale Comizio. Dear sister of Frank Picani, Antoinette Locatelli, Mary Marinelli and the late Aminda, Electra, Lillian, Raymond and Dominick. Cherished grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of 23. Friends may call on Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:00 at Mt Carmel Church, 70 Park Hill Ave, Yonkers. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers.
