Not sure why, but John popped into my head today so I googled him. Sad to hear he has passed away. I worked with him in the early 90s at Young and Rubicam. What a great guy and 'calm demeanor' is certainly an understatement. I will always remember his satin Bedford Hills LL jacket and that he loved Johnny Mathis (or so he said).
