Luigi Lombardi of Yonkers, NY and a native of Ceprano, Italy died peacefully surrounded by his family on February 27, 2013 at the age of 66. For twenty-five years he was employed in the Maintenance Department at Co-Op City. Son of the late Antonio and Antonia (Ceccaci) Lombardi Beloved husband of Luisa (Cacchiani) Lombardi. Devoted father of Rosa Maria (Frank) Vicari. Luigi also is survived by two brothers, a sister and his late sister in Italy. Cherished grandfather of Alessia and Francesco Vicari, as well as a dear uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was a simple man who enjoyed spending his days with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his family. Friends may call on Friday from 5-9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be at St. John The Baptist Church, 670 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers. Entombment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx.
