Francis "Mike" Joseph O'Donnell, formerly of Yonkers, NY died peacefully in Grayson, Georgia at the age of 83.Mickey joined the U. S. Navy at 17 and served on the USS Macon during World War II. After the War he joined the Coast Guard Merchant Marines. He married his loving wife, the former Sadie Boswell and raised five children in Yonkers. She predeceased him in 1997. For over twenty years Mickey worked as a highway foreman for the New York State Transportation Authority. Beloved father of Jacqueline Rudolph, Tara (Ronnie) O'Rourke, Colleen (Vince) Reda, Kevin (Maria) O'Donnell and Daniel O'Donnell. Dear grandfather of Courtney and Sean Rudolph, Siobhan, Devin, Brendan and Erin O'Rourke, Cody and Sarah Reda, Ashley and Kevin O'Donnell Jr. and Aimee Hernandez and great grandfather of four. His parents, Daniel and Margaret O'Donnell and his two sisters Dolores McMahon and Phyliss Haggerty died earlier.
