Josephine Miele (Mazzilli) was born in Corato Bari on March 1, 1923 to the parents of Nicholas and Rose Mazzilli (Mangione). She is now reunited in heaven with her siblings Joseph,Sabino and Nancy (Cipriani). The loving wife of the late Joseph A Miele and mother to Peter (Karen) and Nicholas(Mary) and grandmother to Joseph,Pete, Anthony,Christina, Nicholas and Christopher with 8 great grandchildren . She owned and operated Getty Square Liquors and was a manager at Franklins and Lucille's dress shop. Josephine was the guiding light and strength of our family. Her love will triumph over death. The family will receive friends on Tuesday May 21 from 4-9 at Sinatra Memorial Home on 601 Yonkers Ave. Funeral mass on Wednesday 10:00am at Saint Ann's Church. Entombment at Ferncliff Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Josephine's name to the Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
