Patricia Dorothy Nemchik (Lea) was born in Manhattan NY on March 15, 1937 to the parents of Charles and Pauline Lea (Tomasko). She is now reunited in heaven with both of her parents, her baby sister Elizabeth Lea, and her son Bobby (Robert) Nemchik. The loving mother to Donna Iannarelli, Stephen Nemchik, and Bobby (Robert) Nemchik and grandmother to Dana Perlstein. She also met her 2 month old great grandson before she passed; Ryden Perlstein. She was a housewife for many years and she made many friends throughout her stay at The Hebrew Home for the Aged in Bronx, NY. She enjoyed watching old movies, listening to Elvis Presley songs, and had a knack for making and collecting costume jewelry. We will love her always and miss her! The family will receive friends on Tuesday May 21 from 4-8 at Sinatra Memorial Home on 601 Yonkers Ave. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10AM St. Mary's Church on 23 South High St, My Vernon, NY. Burial at St. Raymond's (old) Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Make A Wish Foundation 200 Park Ave #17, New York, NY 10017.
