Lisa, I think about you all the time and live my life through the lens of the lessons you taught me. We met in the hospital almost a year ago and I am having to undergo surgery next week. I'm scared, but I think about all you endured and how at the end you still managed to smile so radiantly. Dearest Lisa,
I spent some time in the hospital with you and tried very hard to get in touch with you afterward so I could take you to a show in the City or you could visit the beautiful nature in Tuxedo Park where you used to work. You are such a beautiful woman and when I tried to search for you online, I learned of your tragic passing. You will be a light to me always and I will try to help preserve your legacy of light and perseverance.
