Andrew M. Giordano, long time resident of Elmsford, NY, passed away peacefully in his home in the early morning of September 3, 2013. Andrew was born on May 7th, 1936, to Teresa Scocozza-Jordano and Joseph Jordano. He was a proud veteran of the army rangers 101st Airborne division and was an operating engineer with local 14-14B for over 55 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Granata Giordano. He was a loving father to Lisa Katherine Giordano Notaro, son in-law John Notaro, son Andrew Joseph Giordano Jr., and his wife Lisa, and son John Louis Giordano. He was a devoted "Poppa" to Gianna and Rocco Notaro and Andrew Giordano. He is also survived by his brother, Daniel Jordano. He also left behind nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his beloved dog, Bella. We will always remember him, his sense of humor, and the memories that we shared. You are forever in our hearts.
