Nettie "Donata" Maffei a lifetime resident of the Bronx died peacefully on November 12, 2013 at the age of 92. For the last two and a half years she was a resident at the Methodist Nursing Home in Riverdale. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas Maffei Sr. Devoted mother of Nicholas Maffei Jr., Michael (Linda) Maffei and the late Ralph Maffei. Loving mother-in-law of Jacqueline (Ralph) Maffei. Cherished grandmother of Jacqueline, Joseph, Ralph, Nicole and Danielle and great-grandmother of Nicholas and Michael. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave. on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral mass at Mt. Carmel Church (187th St., Bronx) on Friday at 9:30 AM. Entombment Woodlawn Cemetery.
