Josephine Tarantini, born in Maiori, Italy and a long time Yonkers resident passed away at the age of 84 on January 17, 2014. Caring, loving, and selfless, Josephine was the beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Tarantini. Devoted mother of Frances (John) Auricchio, Tina (Sal) Sica and Frank (Lisa) Tarantini. Cherished Nonna of Christopher, Isabella and Giulia Auricchio; Ersilia, Salvatore, and Joseph Sica; Luca and Sofia Tarantini. Loving sister of Felicia DiBisceglie. Friends may call on Monday, January 20, 2014, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM at Annunciation Church in Crestwood, NY. Entombment at the Rosewood Mausoleum at Ferncliff Cemetery.
