Carlo Chiarolanza a longtime Yonkers resident died peacefully on January 23, 2014 at the age of 73. He was a hard worker and worked at Ferncliff Cemetery for close to 35 years. He enjoyed landscaping and would always help family and friends with planting or gardening. He was very knowledgeable and particular about the work he did. He also enjoyed cooking for family and friends and will always be remembered for his great Italian cuisine. Beloved husband of Haydee Chiarolanza. Devoted father of Teresa Chiarolanza, Annabelle Chiarolanza, and Carlo Chiarolanza. Cherished grandfather of Carlo and Christian Chiarolanza and Steven Anthony Guardado. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave. on Thursday from 4 - 8 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Church on Friday at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Ferncliff Cemetery.
