James Giacomo, Jr., age 79, of Yonkers died Tuesday, February 25, 2014. James was born August 2, 1934 in Yonkers, NY the son of the late James and Caroline (Campana) Giacomo. He was employed by Local 456 Teamsters. Beloved wife of Renee (West) Giacomo. Loving father of James (Lisa) Giacomo III and Renee Alexander. Dear brother of Louis Giacomo, Michael (Cathy) Giacomo and the late Palma Salterelli. Cherished grandfather of Joseph Giacomo, Amanda Giacomo, Christine Alexander and Michael Alexander. Friends may call on Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Saturday at 10:00 at St. Bartholomew's Church, 15 Palmer Rd, Yonkers. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Yonkers.
