Dorothy Babcock, age 87, a lifetime resident of Yonkers passed away Monday, June 2, 2014. Dorothy was born April 4, 1927. She was employed by the Yonkers Board of Education as a Cafeteria Aide. Dorothy is survived by her beloved husband Robert Babcock. Devoted mother of Caroline Congello, Charles (Mary) Benjamin and Robert Benjamin. Cherished grandmother of Joshua (Vanessa), Jonathan (Sonia), Lauren, Katherine and Kristen. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Alice Bodack. Friends may call on Thursday from 4PM to 8PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral will be Friday at 10:00 at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx.
