Louis J. Falvo of Dover Plains, NY, and formerly a longtime resident of Yonkers, died Sunday, June 1, 2014. He was 68 years old and was born in Yonkers, NY on July 23, 1945 to the late Theresa Roberti and the late Anthony Falvo. Louis served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. For many years he worked in maintenance for the New York Telephone Company and then Verizon.
He is survived by two daughters: Desiree Merlock and Danielle Falvo, both of Manville, NJ. He is also survived by a sister: Marlene Falvo, and by a brother: Robert Falvo. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave., on Tuesday June 10, from 10-12 PM. Chapel Service will be held at the funeral home at 12:00. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
