Dorothy "Dottie" Ann Johnson (nee Kenney), age 88, a longtime Armonk resident, died Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at Rosary Hill Home in Hawthorne, NY. Mrs. Johnson was born in Coney Island, New York and grew up in Bedford Hills, New York.She is the beloved wife of Frank Johnson, dear mother of Karen Johnson of Armonk, Pat Mercier and son-in-law, Jim Mercier of Enfield, Connecticut. She is survived by her sisters Kathleen Patrie (nee Kenney) of Brewster, New York, Helen Bloom (nee Kenney) of Rochester, New York and many nieces and nephews.Friends may call at the Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 E. Main St., Mt.Kisco, NY on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be celebrated at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 AM with the burial following at Middle Patent Cemetery, Banksville, NY.Memorial donations may be made in Dorothy's memory to Rosary Hill Home, 600 Linda Avenue, Hawthorne, NY 10532.
