. Gale H. Jones-Ross, 71 of Copake, NY formally of Mt. Kisco and Armonk, NY, passed away at St Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY on September 15, 2014, with family by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorothy and R. Bruce Jones and her daughter Amy Beth Ross. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Russell Patrick (Mike) Ross, her son Russell, Bruce (Susan) Christopher (Carolyn) and daughters Heidi and Jennifer (Carlo), Gale took great pride in her 11 grandchildren and her loving dog, Molly. Gale was born in Mt. Vernon, NY on April 9, 1943. She attended Armonk Public Schools and graduated from Pleasantville High School. She was employed by Ward Leonard, IBM, Northern Westchester Hospital and the JCC. Visitation will be held at Oelker-Cox & Sinatra Funeral Home, 262 E. Main Street, Mt. Kisco on Friday, September 19 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9. Funeral Service on Saturday September 20 at 11:30. The burial and graveside service will follow at Kensico in Valhalla, NY. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St Peter's Hospice Inn in Albany, NY or Columbia Green Community Hospice, 47 Liberty St. Catskill, NY 12414.
