Mary A. Sandstrom, a longtime Yonkers resident died peacefully on September 19, 2014 at the age of 92. For many years she was a ladies' clothing manager for Wallach's in the Cross County Shopping Center. Beloved wife of the late Augustine Sandstrom. Devoted mother of Susan Sandstrom, Richard Sandstrom, Mary E. Murphy, Catherine Sandstrom and the late Robert Sandstrom. Also survived by three loving grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave. On Wednesday from 4-8PM. Funeral mass at St. Mary Church on Thursday at 11:00AM. Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
