Heaven has gained an angel. Widad Nesheiwat, Um Majalli, entered into eternal peace on Friday, December 26, 2014. Widad was born on November 5, 1930, the daughter of the late Mizyed Nesheiwat and Jamileh Naber and the beloved wife of the late Yacoub Majalli Nesheiwat. Widad was a very kind and gentle soul; she had a loving and generous heart, and she leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her loving sister and brothers, Nuhad Haddadin of Al Zarqa, Jordan, Phillip Nesheiwat of Amman, Jordan, and Elias Nesheiwat of Jerusalem. A devoted mother of Majalli Nesheiwat, Abla Nesheiwat, Khawla Marji, Arwa Hourani, Alia Nesheiwat, Khlass Hasso, Wafa Askarie, Nehayeh Nesheiwat, Luna Yacoub, Helena Nesheiwat, and Gada Rabadi. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Monday, December 29, 2014 at Christ the Savior Melkite Catholic Church on 491 Palisade Avenue, Yonkers, NY from 2:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Mass is on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at 10:00 am at Christ the Savior Church. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson.
