Rose Pryschlak passed away peacefully at home on June 29, 2015 at the age of 86. Rose was born on June 28, 1929 in Munich, Germany. She was a long-time resident of Hastings-on-Hudson and an active member of St. Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church. Rose was well-respected in her community and known for her beautiful garden. She was the beloved wife of the late John Pryschlak. Loving mother of Peter Pryschlak and his wife Joan Ann, Stephen Pryschlak and his wife Betty, and Roman "Ray-Ray" Pryschlak. Adored grandmother of Peter Paul (Jaime) and Maria Elena and great grandmother of Alaya. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 5, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Hastings Funeral Home, Inc., 15 Spring Street, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. Panahyda Service will commence at 7:30 PM. Funeral Service Monday, July 6, 2015 at 9:30 AM. at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church, 21 Shonnard Place, Yonkers, NY. Interment to follow Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY.
