Maria Giorgia Mangione, 79
Maria Giorgia Cordaro Mangione (Gina), 79, passed away with her family by her side on July 12, 2015 at her home in Yonkers, New York. She was born on September 25, 1935 in Sicily, Italy to Giuseppe Cordaro and Teresa Galbo Cordaro. Gina Married Giovanni Mangione on August 8, 1962 in Italy. They were happily married for 53 years. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her spouse Giovanni of Yonkers, NY; her daughter Stella McCormack; her son, John Mangione; her grandson, Thomas McCormack; her granddaughter, Sofia Mangione; her 4 siblings, Antonietta, Santa, Salvina and Santo; and her numerous loving family and friends. Visitation will be held at the Sinatra Memorial Home 601 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704 at 2-4 & 7-9PM on Wednesday, July 15. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Eugene’s Church in Yonkers, NY on Thursday at 10AM. Cemetery will be private. Gina will remain in our hearts forever.
