John Cipollo Sr. "Papa Smurf", of Stuart, Florida and formerly of Yonkers, NY died peacefully on August 20, 2015 at the age of 69. John was born on September 26, 1945 to the late Benjamin and Marie (Halik) Cipollo in Yonkers, NY. He attended Yonkers schools and worked for the Yonkers D. P. W. for over 30 years. John is survived by 4 children, 5 grandchildren, a brother Benjamin Cipollo, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by a twin sister, Carol Flanders and two brothers, Vincent Cipollo Sr. and Raymond Cipollo. To honor his life there will be a Memorial Visitation at the Sinatra Memorial Home, 601 Yonkers Ave. on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 4-8PM.
