Vincent P. Bivona, of Stony Point, NY died suddenly on January 31, 2009 at the age of 51. Born in the Bronx on September 13, 1957 to the late Frank S. and Rita L. (Sellitto) Bivona, Vinny was employed by Good Samaratian Hospital as a Sr. Network Technician. Beloved husband of Paula (Gershon) Bivona, Devoted father of Brett Cody Bivona and the late Matthew Bivona. Cherished brother of Rita (Ronald) Morgan, Joseph (Theresa) Bivona and Lucy (Ronald) Mash. Loving son in law of George and the late Bernice Gershon, Dear brother in law of Eric (Liz) Gershon and the late Craig Gershon. Also survived by his nieces and nephews: Rita, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Cory, Michael and Heather and one great-nephew, Anthony, Jr. Friends may call at the Michael J. Higgins Funeral Home, 73 N. Liberty Dr. Stony Point, NY on Tuesday from 7-9 PM and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass Thursday 11:00AM at Immaculate Conception Church. Interment Brick Church Cemetery.
