Joseph "GaGa" Chirurgi, age 66, a lifelong resident of Yonkers died Sunday, October 11, 2015. Joseph was born April 15, 1949 in Yonkers, NY the son of the Enzo and Fannie "Chicky" (Tocco) Chirurgi. He was employed by Yonkers D.P.W. as a Laborer. He is survived by his dear mother Fannie "Chicky" Chirurgi, his beloved wife Sonia (Matias) Chirurgi, his devoted children Enzo (Maria) Chirurgi and Krystle Chirurgi. Loving grandfather of four grandchildren. Dear brother of Robert (Susan) Chirurgi and Roger (Margherita) Chirurgi. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Joseph was pre-deceased by his father, Enzo and his grandson, Enzo III. Friends may call on Wednesday from 2PM to 4PM & 7PM to 9PM at Sinatra Memorial Home, Inc., 601 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY. The funeral mass will be Thursday at 10:00 at Mt Carmel Church, 70 Park Hill Ave, Yonkers. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Yonkers.
