Obituary of Antoinette Gizzo

Antoinette Avellino Gizzo December 29, 1955 December 26, 2015 Our dearest Antoinette had a very special place in this world, in our hearts and lives. The beautiful baby girl brought so much joy almost 60 years ago as she was the first child born to John & Annamaria Avellino, the first grandchild, the first niece. It would be her life journey to lead the way for her family, for her friends and for all those whose life she touched. Her beauty was spiritual, emotional and physical. The depth of her ability to give love and support to all around her was endless. She was a mother with boundless devotion and love for her children – Nicky (33), John (31) and Rosanna (23). Antoinette had one of the most beautiful and sacred partnerships with her beloved husband Giovanni. They were married for almost 36 years and were dedicated to each other, their children, their family, to dear friends and to their faith. Antoinette was an amazing big sister to her siblings Joseph & Mary. She was their role model who taught them to always put family first and to always give thanks for God’s blessings. Antoinette has been a blessing to us and her spirit of love and devotion to family and God will live in all of us who have loved her and whose hearts have been touched by her presence. We will always celebrate the beauty and goodness that Antoinette personified in all that she was and did.
