Richard (Shemon) Shemonoski, age 74, a lifelong resident of Hastings-on-Hudson died peacefully on Sunday, March 6, 2016. Richard was born May 6, 1941 in New York, NY the son of the late Joseph and Helen Shemonoski. Beloved wife of Marilyn (Einsel) Shemonoski. Loving father of Tracey (Maurice) Fisher, Keith (Traci) Shemonoski and Kevin (Tara) Shemonoski. Cherished grandfather of six. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Richard was pre-deceased by his sister Dianne Dean. Friends may call on Friday from 4PM to 8PM at Hastings Funeral Home, Inc., 15 Spring Street, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. The funeral will be Friday at 7:30PM at Hastings Funeral Home, Inc., 15 Spring Street, Hastings-on-Hudson. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Hastings Volunteer Ambulance Corp. in Richard's memory.
