Obituary of Lynn A. Cole

Lynn A. Cole, 60 years old, peacefully lost a long battle with renal failure on Wednesday, July 13th 2016, at Calvary hospital in Bronx, NY. Lynn a lifelong Yonkers native and devoted mother of three spent many years compassionately working with and caring for the elderly. Lynn always made time to make people feel special, she was a dedicated listener who was always there when you needed her. Lynn enjoyed spending time with her family and looked forward to every opportunity to spend time with her grand kids. She was the daughter of Martin and Agnes (Ryan) Arce, is predeceased by Keith Edward (son), and survived by her husband Jeffrey David, son Jeffrey Alan, Daughter Donna Marie (Cole) Riti and Son-in-Law Rocco Riti, and their children Rocco & Ryan, her sister Joan (Arce) and Alex Ciampi, her brother Marty and Pam Arce, her sister Patricia (Arce) and Richard Petersen, and her twin brother Ralph Arce, and her many cousins, as well as six nieces and nephews, and thirteen great nieces and nephews, as well as many lifelong friends. Lynn often turned to Saint Theresa, Saint Jude, and the Sacred Heart of Jesus in her times of spiritual need. Services will be held on Sunday, July 17th 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at Sinatra Funeral Home, 601 Yonkers Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10704. Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Margaret of Cortona Church, 6000 Riverdale Avenue, Bronx, NY 10471 on Monday, July 18th at 9:45 AM, followed by internment at 11:00 AM Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, NY.
